About Us

We believe the first step in achieving wellbeing is creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. It is not about changing who you are, but about honouring the person you have always been.

Here at Three Bees Psychology, we focus on three steps together:

🐝

Being

Accepting who you are and celebrating your uniqueness.

🐝

Belonging

Finding your place in the world and feeling connected to the people around you.

🐝

Becoming

Thriving at your own pace, in your own way.

Think of our practice as a quiet hive — a steady, supportive place where you can take a breath, find your footing, and simply grow.

We are a Mornington based multidisciplinary team of Psychologists, Mental Health Social Workers, and Counsellors with extensive experience supporting individuals across all stages of the lifespan.

To ensure our clients achieve the best outcome, we adopt a client-centred and evidence-based approach to every assessment and every intervention. This means we combine proven clinical methods with a deep respect for individual need.

Three Bees Psychology was founded and is led by our Principal Psychologist, Belinda Ellis. With 20 years of experience in the field, Belinda is passionate about best practice and clinical outcome. Her vision is embedded in fostering warm inclusive practice, that allows clients and clinicians to thrive.
